Knysna is a small town, situated at the famous gardenroute in Southafrika, about 250 km
south of Port Elisabeth. It was choosen the prettiest place of SA twice. With about 40.000 inhabitants, the town is directly at the ocean and is famous for its wonderful climate and infrastructure: |

My house in Knysna-WelbedachtMy house is on a hill in a very nice area with about 30 houses. It is on the top of the hill with stunning view to the Indian Ocean. The place is perfect. Very quiet, not far from the sea (900 m).I bought the house in 2004 and made a full renovation inside. Also I built a second bath and sleeping room and a garage. On the rear I built a huge deck with shower and braii. The ground is 280 m². The house is 90 m², the garage 20 m², the deck 70 m². The annual running costs are about 150 Euro (1500 Rand) per month.
